Clutch Switch I believe but where is it and how do I replace it?

Stopped. Went to restart and it would not turn over. Cluch was all the way to the floor, no noise so I don't think that it is the starter.
I pushed it and it started by compression and runs fine.

I have the same problem with a 99 2.0 s10 every thing works but the starter and fuel pump
