1997 Chevy S-10 turn signals

The turn signals are not operating, however, the hazards are working. Is this a short or a blown fuse?

Hello and thanks for donating

You will first want to check fuse #16 (15 amp, may be labeled TURN B/U) in the fuse box. If OK then the turn signal flasher may be at fault. The hazards use a separate fuse and separate flasher unit.
