1995 Chevy S-10 Turn signals

Both turn signals do dnot operate; the hazard flasher does not Blink ( just stays on)

I have changed the fuses in the fuse box 20a for haz and 15a for turn signal

What else could it be that the an owner could easily change

Need to know to day if possible

Did you check that the fuse circuit was hot? The turn signal fuse circuit, goes hot when you turn on the key. The stop/haz fuse circuit is hot all the time. Use a testlite. Did you check the bulbs? The lower brake lites all work ok? If all that checks out, check the turn signal switch. You need a steering wheel puller and where applicable, be careful about the air-bag.
