When I turn on the headlight, all h*** breaks loose. The wipers come on-wont shut off, the lights go very dim, turn signals work work, gauges go nuts. The lights "gain" on left turn, flicker a bit, then go very dim again. Obviously a short somewhere. Where do I start to look?
