1993 Other Chevrolet Models carbon on plugs

New plugs, dis, rotor, wires air filter and pvc but it still fouls out.

My blazer is a K1500, 4 wheel drive.

Caused by rich mixture

Probable causes could be leaking injector/s, coolant temperature sensor, fuel pressure too high, oxygen sensor and clogged airfilter.
