1999 Chevy Monte Carlo Intermittent starting problem

Once a week, it won't start. Turn the key, no clicking noise. Lights work. The first time it happened, I waited about 5 minutes and it started without any hesitation. The second time, I tried it a couple hours later, again, it started without a problem.

Could be the starter going bad. To verify what it is, you will need to be ready to check for 12 volts to the small wire on the starter when it wont crank. If it has it, then the starter is bad, if not get back to me and we will go from there
