1999 Chevy Monte Carlo A/C not working while driving

My a/c works at idle but when I start driving it only blows from the vent under the windsheild. What could cause this?

It's either the check valve the the black vacuum supply line comes from, or the vacuum reservoir is cracked, follow the black supply line until you find the break, or leak! This linegoes into the firewall, and supplies the A/C heat control head.
