1995 Chevy Monte Carlo engine problem

I have a 95 monte carlo and this morning I went outside to goto work and cranked it the rpms jumped to 4000 than went back down and died and it will do that everytime I try to start it ive changed the fuel pump, mass air flow sensor and the air intake sensor and it still does it what else could it be

Ok here it I changed the spark plugs and one of them had oil in the spark plug hole so I cranked it over a couple times to get rid of the oil and check the compression in it my engine lights not on and im running outta ideas
