1986 Chevy Monte Carlo Turns over wont start

Not sure why but my car turns over but wont start. Ive checked and it has spark, battery is good changed the fuel filter, and you can hear the fuel pump engage. So I am baffled. PLEASE HELP ME:)

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and also if the injectors are pulsing

Definately check the fuel pressure cause my camaro had plenty of gas shooting out when I took the line loose but when I got a gauge to test the pressure there was virtually none.
