1999 Chevy Lumina car makes squeling noise when started

What could it mean when car makes a squeling noise when started it stops then satarts and continues until turned off. Car was leaking coolant but stopped had a pressure check no leaks were found, but now this squeling noise. What should I have checked

Inspect and test all the belt tension and driven components-such as alternator, AC compressor and steering pump if okay could be coming from the the timing belt/tensioner etc
