1996 Chevy Lumina Radiator fans

The fans are supposed to work whenever the ignition switch is on. They have quit working. We have checked the fuses and they are all good.

So you have fans directly wired to ignition? If so and fuse is good then either wiring is bad or fan motors burnt up.

I dont know who told you they should be on with ignition unless you wired it that way. But only pass fan should come on too cool once the thermostat opens. Driver fan is ac fan or it may come on to help cool if ur overheating. If u did wire it to ignition you may have bad fan motor from overuse.
