1993 Chevy Lumina car cranks but wont turn over

Having trouble getting minivan to start. Cranks but wont turn over. Beleive it may be fuel pump but wont to start with easiest problem. Checked fuse looks good not burnt and center peice is still intact. Next would like to check the filter herein lies my problem dont have mechnical manuel and dont no where it is located or wat it looks like. Question: where is the fuel filter located on a 1993 chevy lumina minivan?

One of two places, either on the passenger side underneath the car, right at the pinch weld. Or at the rear axle right in the middle, and it should be silver/chrome in color.

Listen for the a humming noise when turning your ignition to the on position(just before you start it).
