I just got it and when I turn the car off the gas tank makes this really load buzzing noise and when I open the cap it sounds like I'm opening a coke I live in vegas and it gets really hot do you think the car might blow up?

Sounds like your vent may be restricted or the charcoal canister line or the vent valve on the canister isnt opening causing too much pressure to build up. Jump 12v on the vent for the canister if the pressure stops the valve harness is bad or the computer isnt commanding it to open.
