I have a '97 Grand Caravan SE with a 3.3L engine. I was told the o-ring went bad, causing my engine to seize. How much can I expect to pay to have a used motor put in to replace the old one? Are there any considerations for determining whether or not to replace (vs. Junking my van)? All else is functioning fine & it is in nice condition other than not moving. :)

Its between 15 and 20 labor hours. Pull your engine out swap manifolds, etc. And reinstall, If a shop is doing it, atleast in california thats between $65 to $100 per hour. Depending were you go. Shop around ask a lot of Question, check out the people that might do your job. And Good Luck. Tim
