Engine Mechanical problem
2007 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 35000+ miles

I have a 2007 Chevy Impala that has been sitting in below zero temperatures. I tried doing a remote start. It started for a few seconds and died out. About 10 Minutes later, I tried starting it again this time with the key and there was no spark. I have the impression that the fuel lines are frozen, since the temperatures was about negative seven degrees outside. I also have the impression that the fuel pump was frozen too.

What do I do?

It isn't my car. It is actually a friends car. I was trying to help. He called for a tow and they mentioned that the fuel pump was frozen and said something about the modulator. Any ideas?
