Shakes or Wobbles problem
2007 Chevy Impala 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 60000 miles

My car has a horrible vibration and it consistently gets worse the higher my speed. I have had EVERYTHING CHECKED that I know to do and all three mechanics say they cannot find anything wrong with the car. This past week, my right rear tire blew out and while changing it I discovered that the inside of the tire had worn down to the metal. A month ago the rear tires were checked and I was told I still have a good 10,000-15,000 miles left on them before I needed new ones. I have only driven 1100 miles since then. I have taken it back to the mechanics and they say that everything is fine. The alignment. EVERYTHING. PLEASE HELP!

Obviously there is a problem, not sure why they gave up on you.

You did replace the rear tires. Correct? IF not do so.

Check to verify that these are the specs they used: CASTER 2.90 0.50 Cross Caster: 0.00 0.50

CAMBER -0.80 0.50 Cross Camber: 0.00 0.50

TOTAL TOE

0.10 0.20

0.05" 0.10" Left Side REAR Right Side CAMBER -0.65 0.50

TOTAL TOE

0.10 0.20

0.05" 0.10" If the specs do not make sense to you, print it and take it into them. They may be using incorrect specs.
