2006 Chevy Impala HORN

MY HORN STOPPED WORKING AND I REMOVED BOTH OF THEM(THERE ARE TWO LOW&HIGH) AND I TOOK A JUMPER WIRE FROM THE BATTERY AND ONE HORN WOULD WORK THE OTHER ONE DID NOT SO I PURCHASED TWO NEW ONES AND IAM NOT GETTING ANY POWER AT THE PLUG END FROM THE WIRING HARNESS I CHECKED THE FUSE FOR THE HORN AND IT APPEARS TO BE OK IAM WONDERING IS THERE A HORN RELAY?. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS HAS ANY THING TO DO WITH IT BUT MY RIGHT FRONT SPEAKER DOES NOT WORK SO I WENT TO DEALER AND GOT NEW ONE AND REMOVED DOOR PANEL AND REPLACED IT AND IT IS OK. IAM STUMPED AND WOULD APPRECIATE GREATLY ANY HELP OF INFORMATION THANKS !

My daughter's 2006 Chevy Impala LT has the same exact problem! If there is any more recent information on this, please let me know.
