Horn don't work

Your going to have to try and find the horn underneath the hood or atleast the wiring to the orighinal horn. Because I figure the cops had that car fabricated to make different noises as a cop car does and unhooked the original horn. If this is the case it'll be easy to buy a cheap horn and put it in. If this is what happend, then hit me back and I will guide you on how to do it
