I'm having the same issue. It won't blow any air at all. I can hear the ac kick on but not air flow. Changed the fuse on passenger side fuse box it was bad but it didn't help the air blow. I have a 2003 LS any suggestions?

I can hear something kick on but it sounds like it is something under the hood. I assumed it was the compressor but I have no idea what it is, I just know this Texas heat is making it worse.

If it's not working at any speed it's a good chance it's the blower motor. Bad news it's under the hood area at the base of the windshield. You have to remove the wiper arms cowl cover wiper motor with wiper transmission then there is a cover over the blower motor. Also care has to be taken putting the blower motor cover back on. Otherwise the blower motor wheel will rub on the blower motor cover. If you turn the blower motor on the highest setting. Your looking for power on the yellow wire under the dash on the passenger side of the dash.

There is a blower motor resistor card with a plug towards the center of the dash under it on the passenger side that's where your looking for the battery voltage.
