2002 Chevy Impala wont crank

Hi:
I have to ask some questions. First, did you replace the starter relay? Also, did you replace the starter? Finally, when you turn the key to start the engine, does the security light flash or stay on?

I need you to try something. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage to the smaller wire on the starter. You should be getting 12+ volts. If you are, there is a problem with the starter itself. If there is no power and you replaced the starter relay, I need you to check where the relay plugs in to determine if there is power there. If there is no power to the relay, let me know. Also, when you turn the key on to the run position, do the dash lights come on as normal?

Hi joe on my chevy everithing is work on car I have new starter new relays allso new battery and I check the small wire on starter and have 12 vol but went I put the keys and open the swich I dont see nan any ligth on security so I check everi thing and I only think probably the problem is on security or if you have better idea please help my thank you god bless you but if you crank from starter or starter relay it is starter but cut off looks like sometime cut all energy or sometime block all pawer.
