Now my car wont turn over?

I recently just got my radiator flushed and now my car wont turn over. When I go and try and start it it makes a gurgling noise what could that being got my radiator flushed and a coolant flush and my oil changed I also put some stuffed called blue devil sealant in my car so it could seal and cracks.

Have the battery checked first. Then the starter motor.
Maybe you should return to the shop and ask them to re check there work to verify they did not disturb anything.

What do mean it won't turn over after a radiator flush? Is the starter motor cranking the engine over
