My car is blowing out hot air when its hot outside and cool and when its cool outside and only work on setting 3 and up. Also there is a "boom boom" noise when the car is turned on and while driving it gets louder when I press on the gas. And the blinkers do not work sometimes.

Have the freon pressure check. Sounds like a leak. The blower is usually a resistor that is going bad. The blinkers may be a turn signal switch acting up. Can you better describe the noise your getting

This noise happens when I am stopped and when Im driving it sounds louder when I step on the gas. I recently got freon put into my car and dye because there is a leak somewhere in the car that caused the A/C not to function properly, but ever since, when I am driving the fuel gauge reader on my car tells me that I am empty when I am stopped, but when I step on the gas the needle slowly moves up and I know that I have less than 1/2 tank left but the reader tells me other wise, and it went up to the "Full" level at some point then went back down when I started slowing down so I dont really know exactly around how much gas I have left.

Sounds like you need a fuel level sensor, and the freon leak checked. You also should tske it somewhere to have the noise inspeced.
