1993 Chevy Corsica timing

If I got the firing order wrong would it screw up the timing?

It depends? On older systems, as long as you get the proper plug wires on the proper coil, It shouldn't matter about coil tower. Cylinders one and four go to the same coil. Cylinders three and two go to same coil. This info for 2.2L engine.
