1993 Chevy Corsica electronic idle

Put on a new battery and now the idle is all over the place. It is stalling constantly. Had this problem before and had the idle strategy reset. Ran fine till I put on the battery. My question is could this be caused by installing a battery and is there anything I can do to fix it myself

Try idle relearn procedure. May not be readable, see if you can enlarge, maybe (control +) ?
