1986 Chevy Celebrity wont start

Have 86 celebrity that seems the battery is dead & wont start but after checking battery it has full charge. Strange part is you can jump it to get it started

Get the battery load tested make sure everything is shiny posts/cables and properly tightened. Hence: Sometimes a starter needs 10 volts and over to kick the engine over and the booster battery is doing it for you
