1986 Chevy Celebrity 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my car sometimes starts but it wont turn over, then when it does start it stalls about a block away. We got a tune up on it. But could it be the fuel lines or the pump? What will you see if it is either?

You need to check fuel pump pressure. Here is the HOW TO for checking it.
