Well for the past week my car been making like a whistling noise something like oh iy only happens when I am low speeds like 5 miles or parked

Does the noise chance with engine speed or vehicle speed?

It only happens when im park or at very low speeds like 5 miles

Is the noise coming from the engine compartment? Have you checked belts?
