2002 Chevy Cavalier car wont start

My 2002 cavalier had the brake and abs light come on while driving the brakes felt hard, I stopped and shut the engine off and now the car wont start, the gage lights act strangly half on dim, then none on, no lights, no turn signals, no wipers?

Charge the battery and check the charging system (bad alternator ) will do it

I have seen the fuel pump go out after hitting a hard bump or the brakes, I would raise the hood and use starting fluid to see if the engine starts, and if so here is a video to show you how to change the fuel pump out.
