My car won't start.

My car stated fine Tues. Morning. Drove a few miles, came home for about 30 min and when I went back out car wouldn't start. It tries to start when I pump it. I have put 'heet' in the tank, a couple gallons of premium gas, changed the spark plugs. What else could it be?

So the engine pops like its trying to start?Any codes?What is the actual fuel pressure?
