Car has dohc 2.4l engine. Car was running and just died. I can hear fuel pump prime, but does not seem to fire. I changed module coil assembly with known good one with no luck. Any help appreciated.

So did you swap out the coil's and the module? Can you rent a scan tool and see what code's you have?I suspect you could have a bad crank shaft position sensor.

So when you swapped the module coil assembly with a known good one was that the coil and ignition module? You need to rent a scan tool and see if you have any code's that would be a good starting point.
