2000 Chevy Cavalier heater core

I have a 2000 cavalier, I have had the car for like 4 years and I had to replace the heater core 4 times. And I i think its going out? Doesn't sound common to me. There is something wrong with my car and its bout to over heat again? I don't know what to do. Thanks

4 times? Thats not right? Are you putting a cheap brand in? I would install a new factory one, that should take care of the problem. Also, are you putting it in or a professional?
