I NOTICED THAT WHEN I COME TO A RED LIGHT MY STEERING WHEELS /CAR STARTS TO VIBRATE. IT HAS BEEN DOING THIS BEFORE BUT LATELY I HAVE NOTICED THAT IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE. WHAT COULD THIS BE?

While it is possible a tire is bad, most likely you have a suspension/steering component failure (wheel bearings, tie rods, ball joint, bushings/control arm.

Take it to an alignment shop and get all the above checked for wear/failure.
