My horn stopped working. I changed the fuse and that isn't the problem. What else can it be?

The fuse circuit should be hot all the time, cig fuse. Even if the fuse is good, if the circuit isn't hot, it won't matter. You might look at the horn relay, my info says it is in the convenience center, no exact location. You can look under the dash driver side.

There might be a problem with the wiring circuit in the steering column.
