Electrical problem
1998 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 132000 miles

Ok so I just bought this Cavalier used and the entire dash is dead. Everything, no turn signal, no odometer, no speedometer, no gas gauge, no engine temp gauge nothing. Thought it might be a fuse but I have dont know a a fuse that would blow everything. I suspect wiring but I honestly have no clue. Any advice is appreciated

Here are the two fuses:

That is where I would also start.

Fair chance of a bad cluster.

You might want to check for codes. If all this is out, the cluster may need to be swapped.
