fuel pump and module has to be replaced

what does a module look like and where is it located because we were told that the reason that we are getting no gas is because the fuel pump and module has to be replaced. Are they one unit or separate

Hello,

The fuel pump module is located inside the fuel tank. It consists of the fuel pump, the sending unit, and the level sensor. This module or assembly gets replaced at a unit.
In order to access this, you will have to remove the fuel tank from the vehicle.
