Fuse is good. Is there a turn signal module or one of those annoying little canisters in there somewhere? If it is the turn signal switch, how do I take the steering column apart without setting off the airbags?

Welcome to the forum, there should be a multiwire connector under the dash, close to the steering column, that is for circuits going to and from the steering column. you can use testlite on some of those circuits. Purple wire carries voltage to turn signal switch, key on. From the turn switch, lite blue wire is left turn. Dark blue wire is right turn. Any time your working around steering column, repair info says to disarm airbag.

I just wanted to add, there are safety issues concerning the air-bag, that is your responsibility.
