1992 Chevy Cavalier Loud squek when the car starts and runs

My cavalier has a loud squel when I start it up, as I rev the engine the high pitch squel gets louder. Once the car is warmed up the squel lessens, but is still noticable

Sounds like the belt and or tensioner. Inspect the belt tensioner to see ifit is holding the belt tight
