1995 Chevy Caprice Car wont start

I am having a problem with my car it just shut off one day and I orginally thought it might be the fuel, but after checking everything with the fuel that is not it. It will try and turn over with no success and I think its something electrical. I have a diagnostic machine and it pulled up a code the first time a code 16 but has pulled up no code since. Any ideas that might help me?

Welcome to the forum, what was the fuel pressure spec? Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs? Code 16 has to do with optispark ignition system. I didn't think to check about a theft system? Thanks for the donation.
