Chevy Camaro fuel problem

1991 chev. Camaro, v6, 3.1l eng. 75k mi. Acts like it is running off 2 cyl., Replaced fuel pump, acts like it gets gas but floods & won't crank, do not have a fuel pressure tester to check presssure--not sure if fuel regulator--- please advise of other possibilities.

Have u checked spark on all cylinders? Have u checked injector pulse? U could have a bad ecm they were common on those veh. For going bad.
