1998 Chevy Camaro fuel pump

I have a 1998 Camaro Z-28.I have replaced the fuel pump 3 times in the last 4 months. The pumps that I have been getting are from Car Quest auto parts. The pumps are madeby Delphi and are O.E.M, the same parts used by GM. Car Quest has been very good with swapping the old for the new ones. I have been doing the work myself and as you might know, it is not a fun job at all! It seems to work fine for anywhere between 3 days to 2 weeks it just cuts out or is hard to start. I have done fuel pressure checks at the fuel rail and get from 36 to 45 psi. Is there somthing wrong with the electronics? The pump I just replaced 2 weeks ago and is now starting hard, it will crank over but not fire. I am at my wits end and dont know what to do.
