Does anyone know if it really matters if I get a tilt steering or regular steering column for my '86 camaro?.... I'm going ta get new used orig. 86 doors but they're not electric like my other doors...anyone????

If the steering column is out of the same year car it would work. A tilt steering wheel will just let you have the option of making it more comfortable when you drive. With reference to the door. If its the same it can be converted over to electric using the existing hardware from the other door.
