1999 Chevy Camaro

This doesnt happen all the time, but whenever I press the gas to accelerate the car starts jerking, this also happens when my car is going up a hill and I try to accelerate. Also while its jerking the exhaust makes a choppy sound like if the engine is running ou t of fuel. But like I said it doesnt happen all the time when im driving on an even road but when im going uphill it does it almost eveytime. Some people say its the fuel injectors that are clogged but I wanna find out more before I start doing anything, so any help you can give me is good, thank you.

Hi, first i'd check the computer for codes, and also check the fuel pressure. You Stated That This car Has 136,000 miles on it? And It's a 09. If that is Correct, then you need to replace the plugs and Ignition Wires (if They Have Ignition Wires) or the boots on the Coil Over Plugs, and Filters, etc, first.
