Could it be the VATS system thats causing my fuel pump not to kick on?

Hey Greddy
Entirely possible! Is there a security light flashing? A common problem w/ that system is the wires in the lock cylinder break over time, causing the no start.

It only comes on right when I turn the switch on then it go's right back off
