1992 Chevy Camaro fuel pump?

Well my car will start up and it seems to idle weird kinda like its going to die. And sometimes it does die. I just put a new starter in and I know thats not it. But whenever I put it in drive and give it gas it either dies or acts like its going to then it gives gas. It seems like when I let it heat up it does better but somethings acting weird maybe I fuel filter. Or fuel pump?

Can you check and see what the fuel pressure is

There is a fuel pressure port on the fuel rail on the top of the engine. You will need to obtain a fuel pressure gauge at your local parts store. If you do it let me know and I will walk you through it
