What spark-blue or yellow/Fuel is it the correct pressure?

To get this baby to fire up all we need now is the correct valve and ignition timing. If its not there it will never start.

Valves opening and closing on the wrong time/ignition is also firing on the wrong time.

BTW you sure its not being cause by a massive vacuum leak?

Recommend you perform a compression check and report back ASAP.

Good compression, seems that the plugs were fouled with fuel again, evidently the fuel pressure relief valve is leaking, this is the third one, I think I just have rotten luck with mechanics. Anyone out there live in the san bernardino area need a job that can make this run?

Have the fuel pressure check

Could be your pressure regulator or obstructed fuel return line causing the problem.

Yes, we did notice fuel leaking on plenum, but unsure if fuel pressure regulator or two of the injectors that were replaced. Am talking to a guy now who might take the job on---it is so hard to find a decent mechanic nowadays. I appreciate all your feedback that you have given me! Many thanks, colleen
