Rear Glass problem - Sounds like there is a broken piece inside the door. If the rear door is a hatch and you can open the whole door, do so and remove the door panel. Find the broken piece and replace.

Driver door poblem - Can you take a picture and post it here in the forum? Sounds like you need Door Hinge Pins. Putting the spring back in can be a pain in the bottom without the right tools. The spring has to be compressed to less than half the size it is to get it back in.

Post responses here in the forum.
