My blazer will not start it happens when it is cold out side and now it is all the time I replaced the fuel filter check for spark which I have and I can get it to start with starter fluid and it will run great I can turn it off and it will start right away but if I let it sit for about a half hour then it wont start again unless I use starter fluid. What could be the problem?

Check and test the fuel pump relay and fuel pump/oil pump sending unit

You got spark, fuel but is it the correct fuel pressure if so-check valve and ignition timing.

I went thru the same thing. It was my fuel pump. It take more pressure to start the engine than to keep it running
