Have you checked to see if the fuel pump is working and the filter isn't plugged?

Hey ill tell you this the fuel pump is bad have a mechanic test it takes 5 min hee will tell you the pump is bad chevys pump on that vehicle shorts out replace it and check the fuel relay as well good luck
