The problem may not be the motor. You first need to check if the motor is getting power. If it is, then it's most likely the motor.
As far as replacing it, it's under the dash on the passanger side (a little bit of a pain to get to).
If you are willing to do the work, I can tell you how to do it, but on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, it's about a 6.
