1993 Chevy Blazer bushing replacement

My sons truck needs the suspension bushings replaced. In the manual I located directions for removing and replacing the control arm, but not for the bushings. I have not been able to find a good step by step on how to do so, can you point me in the right direction?

For the upper arms or both? Either way they need to be pressed in with a press, that may be why you cant find good instructions.This will prevent hebushing from being damaged when driven in.I have included a picture of how the uppers go in using "J" tools which are factory installers. You should be able to find on the car service tools for the uppers like in the picture. But you could probably have a local shop press them in for less than what the tools cost

Is this a rentable tool, or is it difficult to do without the proper knowledge?
I think both need replacing. I was told replacment would run over 300.00 dollars, and I wanted my son to learn to work on his car himself to avoid being taken advantage of. He replaced his own heater core and this is the last thing the car needs before it is ready to hit the road again.

You may be able to find one to rent. Having the bushings pressed is something he may never need to do again, you could even ask if you could watch. With the proper tools its pretty easy
